while i absolutely love how i drew fluttershy, i feel like i ended up with a very dark-themed piece (being dragged with rope? i dont know what i was thinking). i was not really planning that. :I
today’s fluttershy drawing shared a lot of influence from askbattyshy's design (seriously, this artist's style is adorable and i love it)
since i have to go to work soon and i feel sick, i had to draw quickly. i decided to try and go for one of those kiddie-styles, all sketchy and whatnot. i kind of like it, needs some refinement, but i wouldn’t make it my permanent style.
that was a great episode though, loved so many things about it.
not really spoilers, but whatever
dream sequence was strange, yet fun. pretty cool that Luna can show the past as well as possible futures.
maud pie is best emotionally-dry sister <3
(my weekly premiere drawing will be late today, as i’ll be missing the episode due to a mandatory work meeting… episodes are not usually on youtube in HD for a couple hours after airing, so yeah)
okay, i’ve played with this facial structure enough. time to switch or change it dramatically because it’s feeling too horse-like/realism, which is a weird thing to say
more college stuff.
first two are 3D design projects, rebar tie wire sculpture and a clay sculpture. the rebar one was originally suppose to be a hand holding an object, turned into a gothma-like monster haha. it got an A. clay project was suppose to be some abstract mask-thing, sort of Picasso-styled from what i’ve been told (unintentional). no grade on it yet, but im betting another A from what the instructor has been saying. currently working on a whacky cardboard sculpture that i’ll post when finished
grayscale is from 2D, mixing paints is a true pain in the ass. got an A, thankfully, currently doing a color-to-grayscale project that i’ll post after it has been finished and graded
good luck veedeerest and prochovask, have a crummy colored quick sketch :>
i promise i’ll make something that isn’t half-assed sometime soon
